Teacher Work Visa non-native aspeaker

Hi everybody
More than a question it’s an answer to a common question I have seen here: Can I get a work Visa as a teacher if I am not-native English speaker?
I am from Colombia, and I just got my work visa as an English teacher. So, up to date, it is possible. However, I think there are many things that play a big role here: I have a Master’s degree from an English speaking country and I have been working in the U.S. as a teacher for a few years. I guess those two items help the visa process get through easily.
So, it is not impossible.

Teach a foreign language (their mother tongue) and hold a bachelor’s degree or above and two years of experience in teaching; two years of experience is not required for those with a bachelor’s degree or above in education or in the language that they are teaching, or another form of internationally recognized teaching certification
