Want another xi visa

Sir i have residence Permit still and expiry date is 2020 and i want to apply another xi visa because the university not give me NOC is it possible i have Jw202

Hi, it is generally possible to apply for another X1 without NOC. You can contact with local Public Security Bureau Exit and Entry Administration for more details.
