About:China Embassy in Thailand

Hi. I am Ethiopian currently staying in China. I have finished my degree here in China. I want to open a business in china. SO I want to change my student visa to work visa. I have prepared all the necessary documents. Can I get the working visa from the Chinese embassy in Thailand?
