About:Chinese Consulate in Montreal

Booking an appointment at the consulate for my child born in China with a Canada passport

My Chinese wife is trying to book an appointment online for us to take our daughter to the Montreal Consulate to apply for our daughter's travel permit. I am Canadian living in China and our daughter has only an English name. She has Canadian citizenship and a Canadian passport. This summer we plan to take our daughter to Canada for the first time. While there we want to apply for her Chinese travel permit. The online appointment booking website asks for my daughter's Chinese name and does not allow us to continue the application until we provide it. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to continue the online booking?
