Olive, you are eligible for Shenzhen visa on arrival because you have been granted a Chinese visa previously or precisely speaking in 2017. In case that you decide to apply for this visa, you are advised to take the passport where this particular visa is clearly visible with you along with a current one. Of course, if this visa is in your actual passport, this is even more practical situation. Basically, your circumstances are quite comfortable and you will be granted Shenzhen VOA.
Here just one warning. I have noticed that you wrote that you intend to travel to Guangdong. Of course, Shenzhen is in Guangdong province, but you should have in mind that Shenzhen VOA is strictly limited to Shenzhen Special Economic Zone, so you are unable to travel to Guangzhou, for example. So, keep in mind what area of Guangdong province you have planned to travel to. In case that it is Guangzhou or Dongguan or some other place, then you need a pre-arranged Chinese visa.
