Need to get from airport to Grand Park Xian at 2.30am?

I fly tomorrow and need to get from XIY airport to Grand Park hotel at 2.30am. Should I take taxi at that hour? How much does it cost? How do I avoid being gouged? Also, is there an ATM to withdraw local currency at the airport, or is there a money changer open at that time (middle of the night?). Thanks for any advice!

You can take night shuttle bus Traders Hotel line at West Gate from the airport to west gate and then take taxi to your hotel. The bus fare is CNY25 and taxi fare is about CNY 15. You can ask taxi driver the price before taking it. There are some ATMs in the airport but the money changers are closed at that time.
