About:Hong Kong Visa Policy

My niece is from Vietnam . Currently . She is a international student in USA .

She would like to travel to Hong Kong . How does she apply a visa ? Thank you .

She can prepare the required documents, and then email to Hong Kong Immigration or submit the application at Chinese Embassy in USA.

She can't apply by email. Applications must be submitted by regular mail directly to HK immigration or in person at a Chinese embassy/consulate. The latter method is the slowest while the former may be unreliable.
