bank statements required?

a hiring agency hired my daughter in law to come teach art there. I am very concerned and have a lot of questions. if it was just her I would not worry as much. however it involves my son and one and half grandson as well. one she says the agency helps them get everything. as far as the paperwork goes what does the agency get for them and what will she be required to do? I also read they may need bank statements. (which they do not have as they are always negative in their accounts). do they get the visa here ? or once they arrive in china ? and what documentation is required

Hi, they must get in the US. They need to provide their passports, application form and recent photo, marriage certificate of you son and his wife, your grandson's birth certificate, and foreigners employment permit in China
