About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Don' leave third country but turn back home

Hello,
I came from VNO -SVO-PVG and got 144 transit visa as planed going to Hong Kong.
My Hong Kong meeting was canceled.

What will happens if I fly back PVG-SVO-VNO? I know this should not be but what violation might i get,

PS. I did not over stay in Shanghai 144 hours.

You face a fine, detention, and a ban from China. It will be very unpleasant. You MUST fly to Hong Kong as originally planned.

Just to add that you have to fly to Hong Kong using exactly that flight that you have announced you will use at the time of your application. Please, just don't get yourself in troubles by trying to do anything than originally stated.
