About:Bao'en Temple Pagoda

Apply the live permit directly in China

I came to China with Business and got my invitation letter for work visa received . can it possible to apply live permit directly in China without exit ?

Normally process is required to get entry visa then can extend the live permit here ...but is it possible to extend the visa directly here

Hi, you can apply your residence permit and extend your visa directly in China.

thank you , so it means can change the Business visa to Work visa directly if we get the Invitation Letter . I hope I understood correct

Yes, you can change the Business type to work type as long as you get the invitation letter.

Dear John/Nancy

need some more information, we approached Suzhou office to extend/change the M visa to Live permit and meanwhile we get the work permit . but they refused and saying that this system not available for B grade work permit people . Is there any rule or any details to explain to them on this ? please help

Hi, there are A, B and C grade work permits for foreigners in China. You maybe be B grade work permit people and can't apply for work visa in China. For more details, you can contact with local Public Security Bureau Exit and Entry Administration.
