About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

Does anyone know the operating hours of Shuangliu Airport HSR ticket counter? Is it 24 hours

I know the opening hours of the high speed train is about 7:40 to 22:00. The ticket counter usually opens a little longer than the train operating time.
