About:Chinese Embassies and Consulates

Transit - Passport of Brunei Permanent Resident

Hello,

I'm Brunei Permanent resident holding Certificate of Identity as my travelling document. I'll be transit in Pudong Airport going to Budapest (Hungary) do I still need to apply a China Visa?
