There is no direct bus from the airport to Fenghuang and the taxi costs more than CNY500. In fact, you can take shuttle bus to Huaihua West Bus Station and then take bus to Fenghuang. The shuttle bus departs from 7:20 to 22:30 with an interval about 1 hour. The bus from west bus station operates from 7:40 to 18:20 to Fenghuang and it costs about CNY40.0
