How much is it to take a taxi from Dongzhimen station to Mutianyu?

Is it easy to find a Taxi out of Mutianyu?
Which is a better site to to Mutianyu or Badaling?

Yes, it will be ok for you to take a taxi from Dongzhimen to Mutianyu. Generally speaking, it won't be difficulty for you to find a taxi. The cost is CNY 250 to 300 for the single trip.
