Yes, you can, but you need to have eligible flight itinerary and also eligible citizenship.
If I have properly understood, you itinerary will be Tokyo - Beijing - Europe. This is fine for 144 hours visa free transit and it is not related in any way with your double entry visa that will be probably expired until your departure from Tokyo to Beijing. Anyway, you should have in mind that you are not allowed to travel on a flight from China to Europe that has some other landing within mainland China, beside Beijing, of course. Visiting a family in Hebei province is allowed because Hebei province belongs to Beijing transit zone.
