Online Work Permit Application

Hi

I hope someone can give me some advice. I got a job offer from a school in Hangzhou. They waited for 3 months to tell me they can't process my work visa. Their HR person said he withdrew my application from the online system. I then received an offer from a school in Xuzhou, and my visa was declined due to the Hangzhou application still reflecting on the online system. Has this happened to anyone on this forum before? All my documents are correct and I do qualify for a Z visa. Is there a time frame where applications that are withdrawn or declined are removed from the system?

Yes, I heard of such cases before but don't know the reason. Perhaps there is a time gap between two applications. You can ask the school in Xuzhou to check this with local labor bureau.
