Io arrivo a shangai da zurico alle 17.35 e il giorno dopo alle 17 parte la mia crociera da shangai per il Giappone. Posso avere il transito di 24 ore senza visto?

Of course you can. You are eligible for 24 hours visa free transit. Anyway, you should know that your flight from Zurich to Shanghai should not have any additional landing within mainland China because that would make you ineligible for both 24 and 144 hours visa free transit. Also, you first port call immediately after Shanghai should not be in mainland China.
