About:Chengdu Shuangliu Airport

I arrive Chengdu Shuangliu Airport at 6am in T1 - I want to get a bus to Kangding the same morning

I'm arriving from an international flight @ 6am and wish to continue on to Kangding - I know there are buses from Chengdu - but do any leave directly from the airport? Is it OK to buy the ticket on the day of departure (I"m travelling late October)

There is no bus direct from the airport and you can take a bus from Xinnanmen Bus Station. The bus departs from 8:00 to 16:30 about every hour and it takes about CNY135.

From the airport to the bus station, you can take Metro Line 10 to Taipingyuan and then transfer to Metro Line 3 to Xinnanmen.
