About:10-year China Visa for US and Canadian Citizens

If I have a L. Visa, 10 year multiple entry and I need to stay more than 60 days?

Can I just go to Vietnam forv3 nights and re-Enter to start the 60 over again?

Yes. In fact, you don't even have to stay outside China for more than a couple of hours.
