About:China Family Reunion Visa

Can Q2 be extend after 180 days?

My son (8months) and i are singaporean, my wife is chinese. Can i extend Q2 stay for my child if he going to stay more than 180 days? Application form 2.8, can i put my wife as inviter? Application form 2.1, unable to find option for Q2, only found option for more than 180 days. Thank you

If your son is going to stay more than 180 days, why not apply for Q1 directly? Plus, you can put your wife as inviter. Short-term visit, on the left of the option for more than 180 days, refers to Q2.
