Travelling with Cabin crew

Hi I am travelling to Shanghai with my daughter, from London staying 2 nights and returning to London, will I need a visa as although I’ll not be more than 3 days I’m not technically transmitting on elsewhere?
Thank you.

You need to be in transit to a third country or you need a visa. Also if this is standby that needs a visa regardless of plans to travel to third country
