About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

hi just to check if I arrive just after midnight does the 144hr start from the next midnight?

so if its 00.15 on 3rd will the time start 00.00 on the 4th

Exactly. Anyway, 00:15 has to be your scheduled time of arrival and not the time that you maybe plan to spend en route from the plane to the immigration.
