About:China Family Reunion Visa

X1 visa to Q1 visa can be done while in China?

Can I change from an X1 (student visa) to a Q1 visa without leaving China? My fiancé is a Chinese citizen.

No q visa if you not married .need to exit and enter china to change from x visa to q visa
