1. Passport valid for at least 3 months from the date of entry

Does this 3 months mean either
-You need to have 3 months remaining before your passport expires
OR
-You have to have had your 3 months prior to applying for this ie. You renewed in Jan 2019 but cant apply for this until Apr 2019
