Hi,FRA -> PVG (first 144h visa) -> DPS -> PVG (second 144h visa) -> FRAI know that path is correct ;), but ...Second visit in PVG  -> I'll be there 48h before flight to FRA. Check-in to FRA starts 24h before flight. What to do?

Are you sure? Above we can read:  Ticket to a third country with confirmed seat and date. Can anybody else can confirm, that ticket number without seats (XXX-XXXXXXXXXX) will be enought? I need to be sure in 100% ;)

CDKING is definitely right. The real meaning of confirmed seat means that your flight ticket is confirmed, or in other words that you have secured place in the plane and not to be on standby or similar types of tickets/status. For example, there are many travelers who use visa free transit and they are flying low cost airlines to and from China and almost none of them has definite seat number, at least for their onward flight. So, just secure that a long number of your flight ticket is at your hand and be relaxed.
