About:Chinese Consulate in Calgary

Do I need a transit visa. If a visa is required how long does it take to get a transit visa.

I am working in a University in Alberta. I am travelling to India via China. There is a three hour halt and I will not be leaving the airport.

Hi, for your situation, you don't need transit visa.
