Can i re-apply for a Multiple Entry visa after using the double entry?

I applied for a multiple entry M visa for 6 months but received a double entry for 6 months.

I need to go in and out of China multiple times for 6 months. Can i re-apply for a multiple entry once i have used the double entries into China even though the visa is valid for 6 months?

Yes, of course. Though still in its validity, ie., six months, the M visa will expire as long as you use up the two entries.
