Yemeni application for working visa

Are Yemeni nationals allowed to apply for a visa to China in Lebanon?
Which extra documents do they need to take besides the basic packet of requirements?

Yemeni citizens can apply in Lebanon.
In addition to the basic packet of requirements, you also need to submit the original and copy of your legal residence or stay permit in Lebanon.
