About:Postage Rate of China Post International Parcels

Now China post has reduced the size range?

Seller write:
Now China post has reduced the size range of parcel and imposed stricter requirements on size.
The size of the original parcel is the longest + the widest + the highest less than 300cm
Now change to 200cm.
is this sad info correct?
