Hello....I am flying from Amsterdam via Dubai to Shanghai after arrival at Pudong airport we will go direct to cruise terminal Shanghai. 27 hours later we will leave Shanghai with a cruise vessel to Okinawa Japan, after that Hongkong etc. etc. Are we eligible for the 144 hour visa exemption policy (TWOV) ? due to the 27 hours instead of 24hr
