Can I get taxi from Kunming airport to JinJiang Hotel at 2AM?

I'll arrive at Changshui airport around 2 AM and I need to check-in at the hotel. In that time does taxi still available? and I'm not sure the hotel will allow me to check-in but I do read on website from Agoda.com and Booking.com they said front counter is open 24 Hrs. Can you help me to check?
