About:Chinese Embassy in New Zealand

submit Visa Application on other's behalf

Hi there,
My dad wants to surprise my mum with a trip to China. For the Visa application does my mum need to go to the embassy in Wellington in person or can my Dad take her application and passport?

Emma, your dad can take the application or mail the application to the embassy.
