Thailand passport holder and TWOV?

Is it possible for a Thailand passport holder to transit through Shanghai or Beijing without a visa?

Yes it is, but the time limit of the whole transit should not exceed 24 hours. Also, it is necessary to travel from country A, through China (country B) to country C.
