About:240-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Information if i can have 144 hours permit Visa

Hi, i'm traveling from Thailand (Phuket) -> Shanghai -> Cambodia, am I eligible to the visa ? I'm not Thaï, i'm from France and have a French Passeport, and I will stay like 5 days in Shanghai, is it okay ?

And if My flight back to Cambodia have a transit in Thailand (Bangkok) is it still okay ? i will Do Phuket to shanghai (direct flight) then Shanghai to Bangkok (transit time 3hours) to go to Siem Reap Cambodia.

This is perfectly OK in every aspect. You should just take care that your both flights do not have any additional landing(s) in mainland China beside Shanghai, i.e. if your flights are nonstop, you are fine.

Itinerary Phuket - Shanghai - Bangkok - Siem Reap is not eligible and for this route you will need a visa. Only the immediate points before and after China matter and your both points are in Thailand.
