What is the cheapest and quickest way for two passengers to travel from HKIA to Metropark Mongkok

You can take E21 (CTB) from the airport to Mong Kok Police Station, Nathan Road. After that, walk northwest about 50m to the hotel. It takes about HKD 14 per person and takes 75mins to get.
