Yes, if you are not in transit, you need a tourist L visa for this trip.0

You may qualify for visa exemption depending on the length of your tour. Up to 6 days does not require a visa. Also, tours to certain regions are visa exempt. Additionally if you are a Philippines passport holder, I think there's an exemption for ASEAN group member countries. Please scroll the menu on the left side of the page.
