Time to get the 144h visa on the airport Shanghai

How much time does it take to get the 144 hour visa on the airport in Shanghai? Do I have to plan for hour long queues?

Impossible to advise you, because it varies so much over the course of a day depending on flight arrivals. It could be 10 minutes if you're lucky, it could be well over an hour if you're not.
