Leaving with Gold or Silver Government issued Panda coins

I would like to buy Chinese Gold and Silver Panda coins and take them home. Where can I find specific regulations regarding amounts below 50 grams and above 50 grams?

Can you provide a reference to these policies?

According to the regulation, you are only allowed to bring the gold or silver below the 50 grams.
