Tokyo->Shanghai->Bangkok->Hanoi

Is this route eligible? I can’t tell if only entering country must be eligible

This route is perfectly eligible for 144 hours visa free transit. Just bring all the necessary documents with you in printed form, i.e. flight ticket for your flight Shanghai - Bangkok and accommodation booking.
