About:China Visa Renewal and Extension

Student Visa to Work Visa

Hi! first of all thanks for answering my question!

I live now in China and I hold a student Visa, there is a school and they want me to work with them. They tell me they can make the work visa for me. Is there any risk if I sign a contract and start to work before my visa is issued?

Generally speaking, you can't do that. But actually someone have done so.
