What can I do to keep busy? Can I do a short city tour?Are there international lounge that I can use my credit card for free access?

Yes, you can have a city tour around the city center. However, remember to go back to the airport at least 2.5 hours in advance. I'm not clear about the international lounge and you can consult the staff of the airport.
