Can I travel on this schedule ?

Arrival Hangzhou day 1 09:50 am (from Amsterdam)
Departure Hangzhou day 3 17:15 (to Hongkong)
and use your special visa regime

Assuming that you are Netherlands passport holder, the answer is, definitely yes. You will apply for 144 hours visa free transit upon your arrival in Hangzhou. Just bring your flight tickets and hotel booking in printed form.
