Inviting my traditional married wife

Hi. I am a student in China. Is it possible to apply and get S visa for my traditional married wife? We don't have marriage certificate, however, we have an affidavit that shows that we are married in a traditional wedding. The affidavit is allowed in our country (Kenya) to indicate that couples are married.

James, you can notarize your affidavit in related institution and then authenticate it at China embassy.
