About:China Visa Entries / Validity / Duration of Stay

Is it possible to get a 2-entry visa that I can use one entry in 2019 and one entry in 2020?

I am USA green card holder and a citizen of the Netherlands.

In your case, you need to get a two-year multiple-entry visa, but I don't know whether the Chinese embassy in USA issues such a visa. The chance is not big.
