Inviting my fiancee

I am a PhD student in China. I want to invite my fiancee to china so that we have our wedding. I have read on the requirements of invitation letter and i see that it needs to have an "official stamp, signature of the legal representative of the inviting individual" among others. Does it mean the letter has to be approved by my institution? Also, I will cover the expenses of my fiancee; so does she need to provide her income statement, or original copy of recent 6-month bank statement of the applicant?

The letter does not require the approval of your institution, but need your signature. Plus, She does not need to provide her income statement or bank statement.
