Apply for a visa to go to China

I want to apply for a visa to attend a conference in Shanghai in July and also visit my relatives in China. Can I apply for a 10-year-multiple-entry-one for $140? How do I pay, by personal check or credit card?

Lucy, you can apply for a 10 years multiple entry visa. You can pay by credit card (only for Master Card or Visa Card) or Money Order, Cashier's Check, or company check. Personal check is not accepted.
