About:Dragon's Personality and Characteristics

I am born in October 1976, fire dragon, want to know about my career ahead.

Currently have a stable job, but due to my aggressive behavior I have been notify by superiors couple of times, don't know if I can continue in job for the time of retirement , or can do some business as well ??
