About:Shuaiyuan Redware Teapots Museum

We submitted the applications to PSB 8 weeks ago and still no answer?

Other people applied two weeks ago and the got their residency. Is there a possibility it will be refused?

That depends on what type of permit you are applying. There have been at least one instance in which a Q1 visa holder was refused a long-term family reunification residence permit for unknown reason and had to pay a fine just to leave China. No similar instances were reported for S1, X or Z visa holders so far.

Then you should contact the EEA to see if any additional documentations are required or what other factors are affecting your application. 8 weeks is beyond normal processing times.

We have contacted them several times, all they said was not ready, we will call you when ready. They not even answer any questions, I want their hy myself also our sponsor did and it's the same answer so I guess we just have to wait
