About:144-Hour Visa-Free Transit

Italy - Shanghai - Italy

Am I eligible to get a 144Hours Visa if I travel from Italy to Shanghai, stay in shanghai a couple of days then go back to Italy? Route should be from Venice to Shanghai or from a German City like Munich or Frankfurt.
Thanks!

The rules are quite simple. If you fly Country A-Shanghai (144 hours)-Country B then you don't need a visa. Where you start and finish is irrelevant. Only the flights before and after China are of interest. You must have a passport from one of the 53 countries. Honestly, the article couldn't be clearer. What is the problem?

It will depend on you actual routing, the county immediately before and after Shanghai must be different countries. You can fly Italy > China > Germany > Italy but you cannot fly Italy > Germany > China > Germany > Italy
