i lost my passport reciept last august 2014. Is it possible to get my passport this 2019.

hello, what if i lost my passport reciept last august 2014. I dont have any idea how could i get my passport now. is it possible to get the my passport this 2019???

It is really a long time since you lost your passport receipt....I don't think the embassy will keep your passport for so long.
